Ingredients;

Turmeric(haldi) -0.5 inch

liquorice(mulethi ) -1gm

cinnamon(dalchini)-1gm

Ginger (adrak)-1 inch

lemon -1

honey -2 tsp

PREPARATION :– Take 1.5 cup of water in a pan and grate ginger and turmeric in it, pour cinnamon and liquorice in it and leave it to boil, when 1 cup water is left strain it in a cup, add 1 lemon juice and 2 tsp honey to it.

FOR BEST RESULTS DRINK IT TWICE A DAY.
